Eating Right...easily
Of course it is possible to eat right, but the hard part is to eat right easily within our busy lives. We spend so much of our time away from our homes, with so little extra time to do things like prepare a good meal, how are we ever going to find the time to prepare healthy meals from scratch? The answer is simple, figure out what little time you have and make good use of it. Create simple yet nutritious culinary treats that are easy to make and taste great.
I have to admit, what I am proposing here is probably going to be a major departure for a lot of you. What I am proposing is a way of eating that is not considered normal, it is a long way from meat and potatoes. What I am proposing is changing a major part of your life, your diet. We are what we eat cannot be a more accurate statement. We are quite literally what we eat actually. If you eat lots of high calorie foods, you are simply going to look like to intake too many calories. If you eat fresh foods and items with low calories, than you will look that way.
The first thing to do is to realize that food is an addiction just like anything else and the main ingredient in that addiction is sugar. Why does the food industry put sugar in everything? Because they know it becomes a physical dependance for those of us who cannot go without it and therefore their product will get eaten more often if it satisfies that craving for sugar.

Where does this sugar craving come from? Our bodies actually begin to demand it because we have created an unhealthy balance in our digestive system where naturally occuring yeasts get out of control and replicate to levels that are not normal causing severe cravings in our system. The sugar feeds these yeasts and they contribute to our distended bellies as large obese people. One person once said to me, "that's a yeast factory you have there" and he is right. We are essentially feeding the overgrowth of yeast in our systems with the refined sugars and flours. This is one of the first steps to solving the issues.
Coffee, tea and caffeine
The very first step is to stop drinking caffene. I have actually stopped already.
